Wednesday Coached Pool Swim

Coached Pool swimming session every Wednesday morning at Lochaber Leisure Centre.

Please book using the club website - anyone can come along, we're here to help you improve!

These sessions are for club members, but please do contact us if interested in joining and we can arrange for you to try a session first before joining.

Please do bring along (as a minimum):

Swim Suit

Goggles

Water bottle!

As optional: (but don't worry if you don't have any of this!)

Hand Paddles

Fins

We are coaches rather than teachers, so as a minimum skill level you should be able to swim 2 lengths of front crawl without stopping. From here, we can coach you to becoming a fish!
